Built along the inlets north of Xcaret park by the same founders, the hotel treats the Riviera's limestone, water, and jungle as its materials: suites in low terraced wings descend to swimmable river channels, hammocks hang over water, and the Muluk spa occupies a cavernous grotto with underground-river hydrotherapy. It's genuinely beautiful — Mexican artisanship throughout, from woven headboards to stone mosaic — and genuinely enormous, with all-ages wings, an adults-only enclave, eleven restaurants spanning serious Mexican fine dining to swim-up tacos, and shows most nights.
The model is the headline: All-Fun Inclusive folds the parks in. Shuttles loop continuously to Xcaret (minutes away), Xel-Ha, Xplor's ziplines and caves, Xoximilco's party trajineras, and the rest — unlimited visits, food included at the parks too, plus airport transfers. A family doing three park days effectively pays for the hotel with the tickets; the resort's own rivers and pools absorb the rest days. (The adults-only sister La Casa de la Playa and newer Xcaret Arte run the same idea upscale.)
Choose it when the parks are the point — or when traveling multi-generation, since grandparents, teens, and toddlers each find their lane. Wristband logistics are slick, but book park shows (and the hotel's top restaurants) on arrival day. It sits just south of Playa del Carmen: Quinta Avenida is a quick taxi when resort walls itch. Booked directly through the Xcaret hotels site.

What does "All-Fun Inclusive" cover?
Everything standard all-inclusive covers (dining, drinks) plus unlimited entry and transport to the Xcaret parks and experiences — Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor, Xoximilco and more — with park food included and airport transfers in the rate.
Is it worth it if we'd only do one park?
The math shines at two or more park days (tickets run ~$100-170 each). One-park trips may do better at a conventional resort plus a single ticket — but the hotel's rivers, pools, and design hold their own regardless.
Adults without kids?
There's an adults-only section (Casa Fuego), and the same group runs fully adult properties (Xcaret Arte, La Casa de la Playa) on the same inclusive model — worth comparing at booking.
